The current tools work with information entered in the browser. Drafts may be stored in this browser on this device; exports create files you choose to download. The launch release does not transmit RFQs, activate marketing, send emails or create a shared private account.
Use local draft controls to export or clear saved work. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to view its local records. Enter only information you are authorised to use and keep confidential files in your organisation’s approved systems.
Following an external source or Leaf Accord link takes you to another service with its own privacy terms. The hosting provider necessarily processes technical request information when serving pages. No analytics, advertising or newsletter consent is inferred from using a tool.
Before a connected identity, upload, enquiry or notification service is activated, the operator must publish its actual processing details, processors, retention, rights contact and communication choices. Marketing consent remains separate from registration and operational collaboration.
