Meaning in graphics work
A programme is a coordinated group or continuing sequence of related activities managed together. It provides a broader view of campaigns, events, resources and learning over time.
It differs from one campaign or a simple list of dates. Shared dependencies, equipment and responsibilities explain why the work benefits from being organised as a programme.
Example and practical consequence
An organisation's annual events may share display equipment while requiring separate artwork and delivery plans. Programme planning reveals where transport, turnaround or repair overlaps can affect later activities.
Keep each campaign's identity and commitments intact while recording shared resource constraints. Review changes at the relevant level rather than assuming a programme date edit updates every accepted supplier agreement. A programme overview should lead to actual records and decisions, making unresolved conflicts visible instead of hiding them behind an aggregate completion percentage.

- Map shared resources without losing each campaign's separate commitments.
