The skill and its purpose
A public review description should make its object, criteria, date and limitations understandable. A narrow process review can be useful without being presented as professional certification or a guarantee of every service. Permission to collect evidence does not automatically permit public disclosure of private customer details. The wording and media need their own publication authority and rights checks.
Work through the decision
Prepare a summary that identifies the actual reviewed scope, method, evidence period and decision authority. Separate declarations from checked observations and retain meaningful limitations. Remove confidential client, quote and financial details from public outputs. Disclose relevant interests and explain a correction route. If the underlying evidence or reviewed service changes, revisit the public statement rather than silently extending its validity.
Practical exercise — fictional
A fictional review covers proof-version handling for one producer at a recorded time. Draft a public summary naming that scope and the observation limits. Compare it with a misleading badge stating “approved for all installations”. Identify the publication permission needed for a customer photograph and which changed process would trigger another review.
Take it to the next job
- State object, method, criteria and evidence date.
- Retain important limits and interests.
- Check public wording and media rights.
- Revisit the statement after relevant changes.
Try the decision
The exercise stays in this session unless you choose to save it.
