What this worksheet records
A source update review should identify what changed and where that fact was previously used. Keep the canonical source, versions or dates and the exact changed claim together. Access to a public page does not itself establish permission to reproduce its article, image or database. Record rights observations separately from factual changes. A new document may describe a different variant or application, so compare scope before treating it as an automatic replacement for older evidence.
Complete and review it
Find affected guides, calculations and private draft references, then assign an editor or evidence owner to review the consequence. A manufacturer announcement can establish what it advertises without proving independent performance. Update original explanations where supported, retaining the correction history and truthful publication dates. If a source disappears or cannot be checked, preserve the earlier observation as a dated record and mark current applicability unresolved. Do not claim a continuously healthy connector when the update was a manual review.

Prepare a deliberate export
Source reviews can include licensed documents and private work references. Export permitted metadata or original summaries, avoiding protected content and unrelated customer records. The worksheet does not crawl sources, grant reuse rights or publish updates automatically.
