What this worksheet records
A contract reporting plan should come from the actual agreement and its responsible legal parties. Link each reporting obligation to a clause and period, then define the measure and evidence basis needed to report it accurately. Keep delivered quantities, accepted work, costs and other outcomes distinct where the agreement treats them differently. Do not invent a reporting frequency, success measure or financial disclosure simply because another contract used it.
Complete and review it
Assign evidence collection and review before the report is due. State which financial fields the recipient is entitled to see and remove unrelated client or provider information. If the required measure is unavailable, disclose the gap and agree the next action rather than replacing it with a plausible number. Preserve the report's source records, version and actual delivery evidence. Changes to reporting duties should follow the agreement's authorised variation process, with appropriate advice for unclear consequential terms.

Prepare a deliberate export
Contract reports can contain commercially sensitive performance and costs. Prepare a recipient-specific export and retain the internal evidence separately. The worksheet does not send reports, certify fulfilment or change the agreed duties of a legal provider.
Take it to the next job
- Map each report to an actual clause, period and measure.
- Assign evidence ownership and permitted financial disclosure.
- Keep missing results explicit and preserve delivered report versions.
