What this worksheet records
A supplier handover should preserve the identity and scope of the provider that actually accepted the work. Link its accepted response, exact specification and artwork, with quantities and milestone references. Include conditions that still affect fulfilment rather than presenting the package as unconditional. A consolidated campaign can involve several legal providers; one platform name or coordinator should not silently replace those separate responsibilities.
Complete and review it
Review the handover with the named buyer and provider owners. Confirm what versioned package each received and where an interface with another contractor needs attention. Installation or return responsibilities should be explicit, including what is excluded. When a party proposes a variation, retain the original acceptance and record the revised decision through the appropriate authority route. A departing supplier's open accepted work should remain traceable and transferable only under the relevant agreed arrangements, not erased by deleting a directory listing.

Prepare a deliberate export
Supplier handovers often contain commercial terms and private source files. Export only the agreed recipient package. This worksheet does not authenticate acceptance, assign a substitute provider, end an agreement or guarantee continuity of external services.
Take it to the next job
- Retain the actual accepting provider and scope reference.
- Identify interfaces between separate fulfilment packages.
- Preserve open conditions and accepted obligations during changes.
