End-of-campaign review

Close a campaign with recorded outcomes, unresolved issues and reuse decisions that can inform the next budget instead of disappearing after delivery.

What this worksheet records

The end of a campaign is a sequence of separate observations, not one success checkbox. Record what was actually received, installed and accepted at each site. A signed delivery receipt may establish receipt without establishing correct installation or the customer's approval of the finished work. List defects and their current resolution separately. Return records should identify equipment, condition and any proposed recovery route without reporting treatment that has not been confirmed.

Complete and review it

Compare the original plan with the attributable outcomes, then write a specific lesson that would improve the next brief or handover. Link cost references only where the reviewer is authorised to see them. Give each unresolved defect, missing return or evidence gap an owner and follow-up date. A future campaign can reuse the structure of this review, but its dates, graphic versions, quantities and provider promises must be checked again rather than copied as current commitments.

Field definitions

  • campaign_id: A stable identifier for this campaign, used to connect related rows without merging unrelated records.
  • site_id: A stable identifier for this site, used to connect related rows without merging unrelated records.
  • planned_quantity: The actual planned quantity relevant to this row’s declared purpose. Record the source or unresolved question where it is not confirmed.
  • confirmed_received_quantity: The quantity supported by the receiving party’s attributable confirmation.
  • installation_state: The observed installation status, separate from receipt and customer acceptance.
  • customer_acceptance_state: The customer’s attributable acceptance status, separate from arrival or installation.
  • defect_reference: The actual attributable source for defect reference; a reference is not evidence that a decision was authenticated or its content verified.
  • returned_asset_id: A stable identifier for this returned asset, used to connect related rows without merging unrelated records.
  • return_condition: The condition observed after return, distinct from the asset’s pre-event status.
  • recovery_route_state: Proposed, accepted or confirmed-treatment state supported by the actual receiver; receipt is not treatment.
  • actual_cost_reference: The actual attributable source for actual cost reference; a reference is not evidence that a decision was authenticated or its content verified.
  • lesson: The actual lesson relevant to this row’s declared purpose. Record the source or unresolved question where it is not confirmed.
  • follow_up_owner: The named person or agreed role responsible for follow up owner; confirm its real scope rather than assuming authority from a typed name.
  • follow_up_due: The actual follow up due, with date format or period meaning explicit; distinguish requested, planned, confirmed and observed values.
  • evidence_reference: The actual attributable source for evidence reference; a reference is not evidence that a decision was authenticated or its content verified.

Prepare a deliberate export

A completed review can contain private costs, staff details and customer criticism. Prepare a restricted internal copy first. A public story needs separate permissions and confidential-field removal; the worksheet must not turn an unfinished outcome into a testimonial.

Take it to the next job

  • Separate receipt, installation, acceptance and defect resolution.
  • Retain open return and recovery questions until evidence arrives.
  • Turn the lesson into an owned change to the next working record.
