Meaning in graphics work
A branch rollout is the coordinated delivery of a campaign across multiple locations belonging to an organisation or programme. It needs both shared control and local accuracy.
It differs from duplicating one order for every address. Branch formats, equipment, measured needs and readiness can differ even where branding is centrally governed.
Example and practical consequence
One branch may need replacement window graphics while another reuses its display panels. Central planning should retain locked brand elements but allow authorised local measurements and quantities to inform the actual packs.
Create a site matrix with versioned variants and independent local states. Check duplicates, missing measurements and actual receipts, and avoid treating a central approval as confirmation that every installation occurred. Reporting should distinguish dispatch, receipt, installation and customer acceptance rather than mark the whole programme complete when the first branch finishes.

- Track variant approval and actual completion separately for each branch.
